The agreement between you and Yeppo when you use the site, the skin analyzer or the shop.
1. Who you are dealing with
These terms are between you and YEPPO AI Inc. (주식회사 예뽀에이아이), [ADDRESS, SEOUL, KOREA], business registration number [BUSINESS REGISTRATION NUMBER], mail-order sales registration number [통신판매업신고번호]. Contact: hello@yeppo.ai.
By using Yeppo you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the service.
[REVIEW] Selling to Korean consumers requires a 통신판매업 registration and the disclosures set by the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce. Counsel must confirm the registration, the mandatory business-information footer, and whether Yeppo sells directly or acts as an intermediary.
2. Who can use Yeppo
You must be 18 or older, and able to enter a contract. You are responsible for what happens under your account, so keep your password to yourself and tell us if you think someone else has used it.
3. What Yeppo does
- Skin analysis and quiz: we read a photograph you submit, or your quiz answers, and return scores, likely concerns and a suggested routine.
- Recommendations and shop: we suggest Korean beauty products matched to those results, and you can buy some of them here or through a retailer we link to.
- Reading: articles about ingredients and routines.
- Creator and brand services: covered by the Creator Terms and the Brand Terms.
4. Yeppo is not medical advice
The skin analysis is a cosmetic recommendation tool, not a medical device, diagnosis or treatment. It cannot detect skin cancer or any other disease. Scores are estimates produced by software and may be wrong. Never use Yeppo to decide whether to seek medical care, and never delay seeing a doctor because of something Yeppo showed you.
See a dermatologist for anything painful, spreading, bleeding, changing, or not improving. If our analysis says to see a professional, please do. Patch-test new products and stop using anything that irritates you.
5. Your account and your content
What you write on Yeppo (notes, goals, reviews) stays yours. You give us permission to store and display it so the service works. Do not post anything unlawful, misleading about a product, or that belongs to someone else.
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, is used fraudulently, or puts other people at risk. You can close your account at any time by writing to us.
6. Buying
- Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and include taxes where required. Delivery costs are shown before you pay.
- Payment is handled by Stripe. Your order is confirmed when we send confirmation, not when payment is authorised.
- If a product is out of stock or the price shown was wrong, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.
- Some products are sold by a retailer we link to. In that case their terms and returns policy apply, and we may earn a commission on the sale.
7. Cancelling and returns
If you are a consumer in Korea you may cancel a purchase within 7 days of receiving it, and within 3 months if the product is different from what was described. Cosmetics that have been opened or used may be excluded where the law allows. To cancel, write to hello@yeppo.ai.

8. Fair use
Do not: break the law, scrape or copy the site in bulk, try to break our security or rate limits, upload someone else's photograph as your own skin, resell our recommendations, or use Yeppo to harass anyone.
9. Our content
The Yeppo name, the site, the analysis engine, the articles and the design belong to us or our licensors. You may read and share them personally, but not copy them for a competing service or for training a model without our written permission.
10. Availability
We aim to keep Yeppo running, but we may change, suspend or stop any part of it. We are not liable for interruptions outside our reasonable control, and we may run maintenance with as much notice as we can give.
11. Liability
Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or anything else the law does not allow us to limit. Otherwise, and to the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim and [KRW 100,000], and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

12. Which law applies
Korean law governs these terms, and the courts of [SEOUL CENTRAL DISTRICT COURT] have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer outside Korea, you keep the protections of the law where you live.
13. Changes
We may update these terms. We will post the new version here and, for changes that affect your rights, tell you at least [7] days before they take effect, or [30] days where the change is unfavourable to you. If you do not accept a change, close your account before it starts.
14. Privacy
How we handle your information is in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
